Britannia provides operational and technical training for rig electricians and motor men. Each course can be individually tailored to suit the rig type and the level of expertise of the trainees.

Topics covered include generator start-up and  synchronising, SCR troubleshooting, power limit calibration, theory of operation, PLC controllers, electrical safety, using an oscilloscope for fault-finding.

Training can be delivered in the location of your choice: classroom-based training is available in our London office or at your own premises. We can also be provide training on your rig for a unique training experience which can actually save costs.
